I recently had a wonderful experience at a charming resort near the beach. The hotel offered great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the beautiful beach. The staff provided excellent service and were incredibly friendly. The basic amenities in the rooms were more than sufficient, including comfortable beds and a traditional Malay-inspired breakfast.
No major improvements needed, everything was just right.

It was different from the usual fanfare of hotels. Being a journalist, I have stayed in a fair number of hotels locally and abroad. However, I cannot help thinking that this was a bit on the higher priced range especially for a family oriented one. More activities should have been made available at more reasonable prices. Granted that the facilities made available for activities were abundant in comparison to the usual beach hotel located in Port Dickson.
It was significantly far from the beach and the fact that the pony rides weren't thrown in for free. A measly one complimentary ride shouldn't hurt the profits too much. In fact a good strategy: one kid gets to ride free, then the rest will want a ride too. The rest will have to pay for the ride. For the price paid a chalet for example, should have came with some other complimentary service or product. I was there for one night with wife and three kids. The only thing thrown in complimentary was breakfast for two - everyone else offers the same. Eagle Ranch needs to set itself apart to give it a trademark product or service attached to the room.

Basic room with a shower is available, which is great for a quick freshen up 🚿. Its proximity to the airport is convenient. Plus, they offer free Wi-Fi, which is super important these days.

Uniqueness of the different rooms available. Teppee and bandwagon. Rooms mimic a typical cowboy environment
When checked in, receptionist was not able to find my reservation. Had to refer her supervisor to check our booking. Had us worried as we might not be able to get a room.

the stay inside the tepee is consider satisfying for the amount im paying.
finishing of the ceiling, foot-prints on wall, water-heater spoilt, unsealed toilet roof, alot flies, limitation of food choice

The resort is well, suited for team buildings, with ample facilities. the Red Indian's teepee style accommodation was cool, according to a guest's sister, in, law. It is located near the beach, offering easy access to the sand and waves. the resort is nicely spread out, providing a sense of space.
The room was in dire need of refurbishment, with poor sleep quality due to noise from upstairs occupants. the towels were also worn out and discolored.

Design. Food for breakfast is nice. Coffee isn't that bad. Nice mango juice.
Receptionist aren't friendly, lack of knowledge about their own system. Room not clean enough, door's lock was not properly set up. At night, there are wild dogs barking loud n noisy, interrupt guests' sweet dreams, may scares guests up. Breakfast time up to 10 am only. :P

We had an amazing stay at this unique resort. The design of the hotel was special and caught the attention of everyone we shared pictures with. The resort offered a range of teambuilding activities and had a large swimming pool with a good view for relaxation. The environment was clean and green, and the landscaping was captivating. The horse riding experience was a highlight, and we loved how every building in the hotel was based on a tribal Indian theme. The Watering Hole restaurant served delicious and reasonably priced food.
No negatives from this place.

Room was tiny for the price paid. Toilet was not clean and facilities looked so old. Staff was completely ignorant that there are guest apart from big groups around and staff did not even know that I did a booking under Booked.net. Staff also just checked me in for 1 night when I needed 2 nights.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices. The attention to detail in the rooms, like the four double-decker beds, creates a unique and enjoyable experience. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. Additionally, the breakfast offers a taste of traditional Malay dishes, giving guests a true local experience.
No improvements needed, everything was absolutely fine.

The atmosphere is good.
1.Clogged toilet 2. LC room - bathroom roof should be closed so that there is safety.

It's an idea place for a gang of friends (more than 5 pax) to relax over there and also best for company trip. I can see the receptionist is not so familair with the check-in task. In fact she did few things wrong (couldn't find my booking, not so knowledgeable about the check in process, wrong charges on my bill etc.), but overall it's still acceptable as she did apologies on that, and the most important thing was- with affinity smile on her face, i could feel her sincer apology.
The security guard!! There was an incident happens, me & my brother had enter the area- rope course. We wasn't pay attention on the sign board which put at the front of it, cause we entered from the site. While we are taking pictures there, he came and shout at us, whereby using a very rude way. He said- 'hei ! u tak boleh masuk sini, keluar sekarang! ' I was wondering why we can't enter that area? while i'm checking-in, we asked the receptionist is all the activity/facility (volley ball field, rope course etc) at the front entrance can be play? The receptionist replied YES. i'm ok with it if you tell me nicely to leave that area, but this GUARD was not! i told him the receptionist said we can play all the facility, including this game. And he said- 'siapa receptionist? u panggil dia datang jumpa saya!" Does the resort receptionist report under the security guard? his attitude irritated me so much and i'll not forgive such a rude guard cause he has spoilt my family trip!
